The staff were friendly and helpful. The teachers were patient and nurturing. My child started the foundation class slightly before 3yo and progressed to the next level after a year. I like that the classed are sorted according to proficiency level instead of age so that the children are learning things suitable for their proficiency level. Had been with My English School Northpoint when child was in K1.

From basic phonics to Primary 2, lesson delivery, performance review and PTMs; the centre had been delivering consistently and highlighting various strengths and weakness of my child so that the weaknesses can be improved upon.

Needless to say, seeing a perfect score on the school's English Review Paper year after year as well as seeing her confidence grow in ability to express and communicate is a joy.

My son began his English lessons here when he was 4 years old, starting with the phonics class. There was an assessment before signing up to understand his level and determine which program would suit him best. It took almost a year for him to progress to the next program. A very good foundation sch for kid. Teacher and admin staff are very patience. A very big thank you to Mei and Winnie from Northpoint. When going to class my daughter will start crying. I tot of giving up my girl to attend the class but the staff highlighted my daughter is doing well and it a waste to stop. Therefore we tried and things get better.
